Bermex works exclusively with solid birch hardwood that is sustainably harvested from North American forests. The wood is selected for quality and kiln-dried to prevent warping. Each piece is finished with a hard catalyzed varnish to enhance the beauty of the wood's grain and to protect it from spills and stains.
